About Us

We are a growing group of volunteers who simply love cats.

We are working towards the same goal of rescuing and placing as many unwanted and homeless cats & kittens into loving, forever homes as we possibly can.

We occasionally are able to take in privately owned surrendered cats if space permits, but we focus on rescuing cats from high kill shelters.

We feed the cats in our care Science Diet

Where to meet some of our cats

Petsmart:  Located at 1700 Elgin Mills Road  in Richmond Hill alternate months

 Kittens

We routinely have kittens on display at the following locations in Richmond Hill:

Global Pet Food: 1070 Major Mackenzie Drive west of Bayview Ave

Global Pet Food: 126 Tower Hill Road off Yonge Street north of 19th Ave

Pet Valu:  9325 Yonge Street north of 16th Ave

We do not have a shelter location so all of our cats with the exception of the ones that are on display at any of the above locations are in private foster homes.

We are situated mainly in the Richmond Hill area, however, we do have foster homes in Thornhill, Toronto, Scarborough, Pickering.

Prior to meeting any of our cats that are in private foster homes, we ask you to complete our adoption application

and email back to us at info@forgottenones.ca

Foster Homes Needed

We do not have a shelter facility and rely solely on the kindness of people willing to foster cats and kittens for us until we can place them into their forever homes.

Foster homes are needed year round, they are our lifeblood, without foster homes our rescue would not exist.

If you can help with temporarily fostering a cat or help with socializing a shy cat, or take a cat out of Petsmart for a much needed break, please let us know as soon as possible.

Please email or call us to find out how you can help.
